E-issuance system through the Internet

The objective of this project is to reduce financial and economic costs by allowing public on-line access to
obtain certified copies of real-property registry,corporation registry, and/or other registries including standing
trees, vessels, foundations, and matrimonial property agreement. In addition, special functions will prevent
fabrication, alteration and photo-copying of the registry certificates.

  1. Phase 1 : September 2003~February 2004
    Construction of an Internet system providing public access to certified copies of real-property registry on-
    line.
  2. Phase 2 : March 2004~August 2005
    Construction of additional system - for corporate registry.
  3. Phase 3 : March~August 2007
    Construction of additional system ? for standing trees, vessels, foundations, and matrimonial property
    agreement registries.

Internet Application of Registration Service

This service will allow on-line registration applications for real-property, corporation and others, and the final
results can also be confirmed through the Internet.

  1. Phase 1 : March 2004~August 2005
    Developing an on-line system to enable application of 26 types of real-property registrations and linking
    the information system with other related organizations to allow on-line access of documents required for
    registration. Thus creating an environment which majority of corporate registrations can be made through
    the Internet.
  2. Phase 2 : September 2005~August 2007
    Developing a registration application system which will enable all types of registration to be made on the
    Internet

Registration Portal System

The main objective of establishing registration portal system is to provide an one-stop on-line registration
service. This service will require construction of external portal system for civil petitions and internal portal
system for public officers.

  1. Phase 1 : September 2003~August 2004
    Developing an external portal system to allow public access to general information of registration, on-line
    application of registration forms, on-line issuance of registration certificates, and linkages to on-line
    registration related sites.
  2. Phase 2 : September 2004~August 2005
    Development of internal portal system to provide registration officers to access all registration related pages
    of the system.
